Having had their application rejected twice before, Longmuir (formerly Rowantree) is back again with a proposal for even bigger wind turbines and BESS storage. Their consultation process has been dogged by incompetence and duplicity, and a planning application is expected imminently – don’t be surprised to see it appear just before Christmas.
As with Glenburnie, there will be a poll of the community for the Community Council to feedback. This is the only poll that matters, the irresponsible, misleading poll from the developers – Galileo Empower – themselves should be ignored.
