An application for an environmental screening opinion* was submitted by the company Apatrura to Scottish Borders Council (SBC) in relation to the proposed campus for a digital data centre on land north and east of Stainrigg Mains Farm near Coldstream.
SBC planners, while acknowledging that the site is “vast”, have deemed that an EIA is not required.
